B & W Roll-Offs – Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or renting equipment from B & W Roll-Offs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

B & W Roll-Offs provides:

  • 14-Yard Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals

  • Tree Removal

  • Property Cleanup

  • Debris Hauling

  • Related waste removal services

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and acceptance.

2. Dumpster Rental Terms

Rental periods are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be agreed upon before delivery.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing a safe and accessible location for delivery and pickup.

  • Ensuring adequate clearance for our truck and equipment.

  • Protecting underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler systems, and paved surfaces before delivery.

  • Not moving or attempting to relocate the dumpster after it has been delivered.

  • Loading debris safely and ensuring materials do not extend above the top edge of the dumpster.

B & W Roll-Offs reserves the right to refuse transportation of any dumpster that is overloaded or contains prohibited materials until the issue has been corrected.

3. Prohibited and Additional Fee Materials

The following materials are prohibited unless approved in advance:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Chemicals

  • Paints and solvents

  • Batteries

  • Propane tanks

  • Medical waste

  • Explosives

  • Flammable liquids

  • Asbestos

  • Any material prohibited by federal, state, or local law

The following items may be accepted but are subject to additional disposal fees:

  • Tires

  • Mattresses

  • Box springs

Additional disposal fees may apply for these and other specialty items based on local landfill or disposal facility requirements.

4. Weight Limits

Customers agree not to exceed the agreed-upon weight limit for the rented dumpster.

Additional disposal or overweight charges may apply if the weight limit is exceeded.

5. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon when the service is scheduled.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Overweight loads

  • Extended rental periods

  • Prohibited or surcharge materials

  • Failed delivery or pickup due to inaccessible locations

  • Damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence

6. Tree Removal and Cleanup Services

Customers are responsible for identifying property boundaries and disclosing any known underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other hazards before work begins.

B & W Roll-Offs is not responsible for delays or damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, unstable ground conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Property Access

By scheduling service, customers authorize B & W Roll-Offs to access the property as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that driveways, gates, and work areas are safe and accessible for our vehicles and equipment.

8. Property Damage

Our trucks and equipment are heavy and may leave tire marks, ruts, or minor surface damage on driveways, sidewalks, lawns, gravel, or other surfaces.

While reasonable care is taken during every service, B & W Roll-Offs is not responsible for damage resulting from normal operation of heavy equipment where the customer has approved the placement location or access route.

9. Weather and Scheduling

Delivery, pickup, and service times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant scheduling changes.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Use rented equipment only for lawful purposes.

  • Prevent unauthorized use of the dumpster.

  • Keep children and unauthorized persons away from rented equipment.

  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, B & W Roll-Offs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Any liability of B & W Roll-Offs arising from a particular service shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for that service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold B & W Roll-Offs harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer's negligence, misuse of rented equipment, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or failure to disclose information necessary for the safe performance of services.

13. Cancellations

Customers should notify B & W Roll-Offs as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a service.

Cancellation fees may apply if equipment has already been dispatched or work has begun.

14. Privacy

Information submitted through this website, including contact forms and quote requests, will be used solely to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, process payments, and communicate with customers.

B & W Roll-Offs does not sell or rent customer information to third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.

16. Changes to These Terms

B & W Roll-Offs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when they are posted on this website. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
